We tried the Nystatin at first, but it took a month and there were still no results. And same as Hillary said about the sugar suspension... I thought that was odd.

My ped gave us Diflucan and it went away in two days. MUCH easier.

Hey mama, I totally understand how you feel. When DD was very little, she had terrible acid reflux and the pediatrician kept getting me to try new medications with her. It really killed me every time I had to squirt something nasty down her throat.

BUT, today, I started swabbing DD's mouth with the GSE solution--and she likes it ! When I try to pull the Q-tip out of her mouth, she hangs on tight and wants to keep sucking on it.
So why don't you try it just once? Who knows
