Foods with more than one ingredient?
SO far B has had the following: Honeydew, Bananas, Watermelon, Strawberries, Carrots, Sweet Potato, Avocado, Lettuce, Celery, blended brown rice, maybe others I'm not remembering ATM.
I am totally winging it, I do not always check the internet before giving her food I mostly use my own judgment & watch her closely. This would be why she's had only fruits & veggies (plus brown rice puree). I would like to start introducing some vegetarian staples. WDYT & add your own. I like lists.
ETA is it possible that she is swallowing the foods at 7 1/2 months? My dad said that 1-2 TB of a watermelon disappeared into thin air. I just did not think she was swallowing them yet. She's been practicing for 6 weeks.
