I need all the help I can get to increase my milk supply. What are some foods/ drinks that will help me? I have tried the mother's milk tea and I really could handle it.

First question of all questions must be what makes you feel your supply needs a boost?

THis page might better help you determine if your supply is truly low... Let us know if it helps.

A big bowl of real oatmeal (not that instant crap) and lots of water always gave me a boost in supply.

Bump. I wonder if OP forgot about her thread?

I heard that peppermint can DECREASE you milk. Is this true? I eat a lot of mints at works so I don't kill people while putting on their eyeliner...
