    Default Cabbage Leaves

So if I am going to do the cabbage thing, do I do it on both sides or just the side that is engorged at the time? And when they aren't engorged (not always) do I still do it 3x or more a day? And if I'm truly trying to reduce my output should I do it more than Kelly Mom says. They make it sound like it's mostly for engorgement and that you need to be acareful not to lower your supply....which is what I am trying to do. Thanks for your help anyone who has input on this. I am a little unsure as to what is going on that make cabbage reduce your supply. But whatever will work! I've posted before about OS and OALD.

The lactation consultant where I work says to crunch the cabbage leaf up and only put on for about 4 hours. Any longer and it could mess up your supply. You only want to put the leaf on the engorged side. Hope that helps!

So what if my goal is to lower my supply? Still 4 hrs? And still only the one side?
