    Yes, it's generally a good idea for a breastfeeding mother to communicate with her LC, doc, ped, etc., when she's taking any kind of meds.... Especially since most of the mothers, including LLL Leaders, on this forum are not medical professionals.

    Also, have you seen this video and/or used the Marmet Technique for Hand Expression? These have helped so many mothers with manual expression.
