Default Weaned except for early morning feed - Help?

    HI,

I am three months pregnant and my 16 month old practically weaned herself; however, she still demands to be BF once at about 4:30-5:30am. Any suggestions on how to wean her off this last feeding? She will not go back to sleep unless she is feed at this time.

    Thank you for any suggestions,

    Jenn

Hi, I've done a similar post and got no replies :-(
All I've heard of so far is to get DH to take them out for a pushchair ride, or a special breakfast or something. I really hope someone out there has some ideas that don't result in us actually having to run around at that time in the morning...

    Good luck

Oh, I agree. I cannot imagine trying to focus that early in the morning!

Good luck to you as well

Hi, I hope you're having some luck there. This morning we got up at 4 am I'm hoping that he'll just get more tired and sleep longer eventually? At least we both had a 3 hr nap today - completely bf free after I took him for a ride in the car to go to sleep. Ahhh, a new routine of waking at 4 and driving to sleep, this is not good, but hopefully if I can just wean DS we can work on the problems I've created afterwards...
