Default Slow letdown, milk seems to be there...

My supply seems to have improved somewhat, but not the BF sessions.
Baby kicks and hmphs! and yanks at my breast and then if no let down immediately - stops. I have tried breast compressions, but that only goes so fat and never starts a let down anyway...
What herbs to use ? I remember reading about fennel, how much to take, and how ?

I'm not sure about the fennel Mama, but I took Blessed Thistle when I was taking fenugreek and it seemed to really help. I got the tincture from my local health food store and just took it in some water three times a day.

I'm having the same problem and have taken fenugreek - it worked for a week or so and has stopped working. If you find out anything that works, let me know!
