Mother of 4 month-old (19 lbs!) and first time poster! I have very lopsided breasts -- not to the eye but when I double pump I get 2-3 times the amount from one as the other in the same amount of time. As my baby gets older, he's showing a preference for the fast breast - surprise surprise -- being more distracted and on-and-off the nipple on the slow breast. I've been doing my best to have him nurse on both breasts and/or alternate if he only takes one as I'm concerned about keeping up my supply on both breasts. Is this unusual? Any management thoughts? Should I keep him trying or feed one/pump one?

Context -- working mom and baby refuses bottle, so am feeding on a four to five hour schedule during the workday.
