    Default help low supply!!!

    my supply is really low and i've tried everything and it doesn't seem to help i pump after she feeds ive tried fenugreek with no avail. and now we are going though nursing strike number two i dont think my supply is going to make it! please help i dont want to give up!!!

    how often is baby nursing?
    what are her wets like?
    and poops?

    strikes can be frustrating both on mom and baby!

    she normally nurses every three to four hours but right now only when she is sleeping i try to pump during the day but supply is not enough to feed her so i started supplementing formula her wets are good so is the poops now that i supplement

    your following the 1st rule baby must eat....

    How much suppliment would you say baby is getting in 24 hours?

    about 12 to 14oz i know thats not helping my supply but i would rather her be fed it just hurts to make that bottle of formula

    have you talked to your local leaders?
    I can pm their phone numbers if you would like

    12- 14 oz isn't that much.

    you can reduce that!

    What kind of pump do you have?

    K glad you have somebody local to talk to keep trying if you cann't get a hold of her... its a busy travel time for some moms.

    Renting a hospital grade pump might help!
