    Default Fussy during feedings

My 3 week old baby has started getting fussy during feedings. She first struggles to latch on...then she sucks a few times and starts pulling back. She'll breathe fast, flail her arms and legs, pull back, and keep relatching. It's frustrating for both of us. She doesn't do it all the time, but I've noticed it more yesterday and today. I'm sure she's getting milk because I can express some and I'm leaking. I also feel the letdown.

    Any clues?

Two things come to mind: 1- OALD http://www.kellymom.com/bf/supply/fast-letdown.html and 2-reflux http://www.kellymom.com/babyconcerns/reflux.html

Here's also another link for general fussiness while nursing: http://www.kellymom.com/bf/concerns/...e-nursing.html

DS had reflux and had some of the same symptoms that you are describing.
