I keep drinking the red bean+ mochi (Japanese store can find it) soup and milk everyday for 2 weeks, any time feel thirsty, only drink these 2. I used to drink half galon milk a day.

and every meal, drink the pork feet + peanut/soy bean soup

within 2 weeks, my milk supply has gone up a lot and at least now it is enough for my baby. Also keep the baby on my breast, sucking sucking... :-)
But make sure you are not allergic to the food I mentioned.

I bought the mother's milk tea, but a Chinese herb doc told me better do not drink it since any herb is a kind of medicine, and not good for breast feeding.
