It can be so frustrating trying to lose weight, but it can be done! Healthy weight loss that lasts usually takes a good deal of time and patience but it's a wonderful thing to do for yourself and your children---they need a healthy mama!
Does it make sense to get if I followed Weight Watchers for few years. I mean it did teach me about healthy nutrition.

The book is focused on nutrition while breastfeeding, so it includes some useful information about how much more protein, fat, fiber, etc. you need. But, it follows the same basic principles as Weight Watchers so you may already know the bulk of the information it contains.

You may need to eat more!

I've read that if you eat too little, your body will hold on to fat cuz it's worried that you're starving. BFing takes a lot of energy...something like 600 calories per day. Most people that are BFing need around 2000-2600 cal per day, more if you exercise.

    Give that a try!
