    Fat relative: "You're still nursing?!"

Me: (with significant glance at fat relative's midsection) "Yes, it's cheaper than Weight Watchers!"
Coolest thing my big girl said recently: "How can you tell the world is moving when you are standing on it?"
Coolest thing my little girl sang recently: "I love dat one-two pupples!"

I only said this once to MIL, her eyes about popped out of her head.

Yes we're still nursing. Logan's favorite nursing position is standing up when I'm laying on the couch watching TV.

(hee hee he doesn't nurse like this......... too often)

And to my friends that I can get away with saying this.....

Yes we're still nursing. It feels as good as after you have sex.

I guess I'm lucky though. My whole family on both sides have several women who have breastfed toddlers. It's always enough people that at family gatherings I get more positive comments than negative. It's just MIL that shoots the zingers to me about it. Stupid $#%^&%^. (lol).

I admit, I am not confident NIP with Noah all the time. I think it is because I know he is old enough to wait and can eat/drink other things.

"why do you ask?" or "why do you want to know?"
turns it back on them and sometimes makes them think.
Proud mom of 2 boys, both weaned gradually and with love.
