I purchased warm compresses that I heat up in the microwave for approximately 30-40 seconds and apply those to my breast for about 5 minutes prior to pumping. It seems to help.

Malunggay (Moringa) leaf powder is another galactagogue.

I've been mentioning this in quite a few threads on here lately. I'm NOT a marketer of these product . It's just something I learned of and started trying recently. A nice thing about it is that it *seems* to be nutritious, too.

I've been having lactation issues since my LO was a month old

Goat's Rue from Wish Gardens really helped me.

Also pumping at least 4 times a day AT LEAST, if you can more that'd be great.

Making sure that you dont have PCOS or insufficient mammary gland or any other hormonal problem that may be causing low milk supply. You can do so by going to an OBGYN and LC (and maybe an endocronologist)

Can you give more info/tips for visualization? I am using an affirmation track (along with other stuff) from deeptrancenow dot com and pretty much willing to try anything (short of selling my soul).

    Thanks
