This may sound hooky, but visulization works when all else fails.

    I've just discovered water....

I thought I was drinking enough but didn't know how much I was getting. I read that 2-3 quarts (or 2-3 Litres) is about right and having measured how much a glass holds, I realised I wasn't getting enough. Yesterday I started drinking 3 litres and last night I pumped 5oz! I've never had more than 4oz before. Also I have not had to supplement with formula so far today and it's nearly 6pm...that's a first.

So simple and cheap but it took 16 weeks to get it right! And I know I've been told on this forum to drink a lot.

When you say 1C oatmeal and 1C milk, is that combining the two? Or 1C of each per day? Thanks!

Do you want to include prescription galactogogues? What about pumping? And things to watch out for while pumping? (making sure you have the right size flanges, timing, etc.)

There's also the mental component - avoiding stress, having confidence in yourself (depending on your situation these can be really key or not helpful as suggestions, as we've been discussing...)

ITA with the water...being dehydrated doesn't help at all

I ate oatmeal 1cup per day or something that contained oatmeal (cookies, energy bars)

    Massages also help before pumping/nursing
