    Somewhat.

I actually compress my breast regularly while the baby is nursing to increase let down, but that doesn't seem to work while pumping.

Well, it does sometimes - but definitely not if I'm stressed or short on time (which is almost always!)

I KNOW I could pump more if I could just relax, but I have such a tight schedule. Hmmmm... I'll have to try more massaging.

Maybe try a warm compress too. I've heard that works well also.

That actually does help me a lot. I have been using a warm compress...

    Hi Wanitall,
I posted for the first time today on "feeling let down," and I wonder when it "doesn't work" and you say you give your lo a bottle, is it a bottle of formula or pumped milk?
    thanks!
