I use More Milk Plus...I take two a day, but I think the normal dose is 6. It works very well for me! I actually don't think I need it anymore, but I'm afraid to stop taking it completely. I had started with the full dose originally.

If you want to throw a couple bucks my way for shipping I will send you my bottle so you can try it.

Oops... I'm too fast even for myself. I ordered mine from amazon like an hour ago Too bad for me:-(

Well, for me its not postpartum, unfortunately, I have this desease for years! Since I was 14. My dose did increase, though, during pregnancy, but now we working on decreasing it back. I took 200mcg during pregnancy, but 112 before, now I'm on 150 and will decrease more, I'm actually due for blood work! Don't really know how it affects milk supply. Do you know of any site you can refer me to so i can read?
    Thanks!!!

I just ordered it from amazon. Hopefully it'll come soon, so I'll try. Hope it won't affect my LO.

I was actually thinking of trying that More Milk Plus myself. Does anyone else on here know if it really works. I hate to spend the money on it in the middle of the b-day/ Xmas mania in my house if it doesn't really work. I haven't had any luck with fenugreek or oatmeal. Sorry to go off on my own little thing, I just saw someone mention it and I was online about an hour ago looking at it.

I take the more milkplus and am not sure that I notice any increase. What kind of oatmeal is recommended, is instant like apple/cinn ok?
