Default 3 days into relactation process... Is this normal?

Hi ladies, okay so I'm 3 days into the relactation process and I'm wondering if this is normal...

I've been pumping every 2-4 hours for the last 2 days (today being day 3) but I'm not getting up at night (I keep setting an alarm and turning it off, lol).

My left breast (which was always the one that produced more, the right has a soft, flat nipple) is larger than normal, harder than normal but nothing will come out via pump or manual expression. I can get a few drops manually expressing. DS won't nurse at all. My right breast is a teeny bit larger than normal but not like the left side.

Is this a normal thing? Is this a sign that things are progressing?

ETA: I should mention that I am using a Medela Lactina Select (hospital pump) with XXL (36mm) sheilds. Not sure if that makes a difference in anything or not, lol.

If you are getting drops when you were getting nothing, that's progress, I would say! Keep it up and let us know how things are going.
