    Default Power pumping question

I'm trying to increase my milk supply and am thinking that power pumping at night when my LO is asleep may help. I currently pump until no more milk comes and then for a few minutes longer. I just wondered whether power pumping at the same time each day as has been suggested in other threads increases milk supply generally or just at the time of day when the pumping is done? I'd prefer to be BFing the extra milk gained than pumping it and therefore wondered if it's better to power pump during the day when I'd more likely BF? Hope that makes sense!

It is supposed to help raise it in general, but I guess it would make sense that it would increase for that time of day. I figure, whatever works!
