Default What else can I do to get supply going?

I am attempting to relactate and I'm wondering what else I can do to get supply flowing...

Currently I am pumping as often as possible (with lots of cluster pumping since DS can be very cranky when he's awake), taking herbs (or I will be, I had to stop them to rule out where the side effects were coming from but it was my PPD meds, not the herbs) and trying to eat oatmeal a few times a day every day. The oatmeal makes me a little nauseous at the moment because of my PPD meds.

Are there any other foods I can eat? I can't stand the taste of the mother's milk tea so I can't bring myself to drink it.

I am taking more milk plus, if that helps!

    TIA!

I should mention that DS will not latch. He'll play with my nipple but he won't latch and suck... Though playing with it is something, right? He bit me yesterday, lol!
