Default Love Letter to the LLLadies

    LLLadies:

I finally made it here!!! to my beautiful boy! I grow more in love with him everyday and I thank god for feeling that I am worthy to be the mother of such an imaginative, special, funny, charming little boy. He is truly the light of my life and such a tremendous gift to me and DH.

I started on these boards after I pulled through my rough patch with nursing. I remember hiding in the bathroom crying because I couldn't bear the physical pain of one more nursing session. Everyday, I'd think to make it through just one more day. My LC Lisa was great and together we fixed a shallow latch, thrush, infected and bleeding nipples. When I started back to work at 7 weeks pp I would read the stories from New Beginnings on this site to make me connect with LO while pumping. Then I found all of you!

You all have helped and supported me like no other! I've been consoled, advised, scared (starting solids dj's mom I mean you!), comforted and strengthened, so what I'm trying to say is...THANK YOU! Thank you all for helping me succeed in the most powerful thing I have done in my life, I love you guys!

    ....Now bring on toddlerhood!
