BTDT when mine got new ones.

I would monitor big boobie, maybe a nice warm shower to loosen things up when you get home?

This happened to me awhile back. I tried two things... First, I pumped both for the desired amount of time, then pumped the full one for a few extra minutes.

Second, I know you said you replaced the membranes, but have you scrubbed underneath them? I heard this funny sound a few times (sounded like when you are milking a cow and the first few squirts hit the bottom of the metal bucket). I thought it was the milk hitting the back of the plastic thing before it went down in to the bottle, but it turned out that the suction wasn't good. I took all the pieces apart, but left the membrane on. I put my finger on the tubing hole in the back and put my mouth around the part where the horn goes. When you suck, you shouldn't hear anything and you should also feel the membrane go flat against the yellow thing under it. Mine didn't, so I checked under the membrane and there was a little bit of milk build-up. Rinsing with clear water and steaming didn't get it totally clean, so I took the membranes off and scrubbed. I was able to empty both and felt a LOT better.

    Good luck!
