Default Stomach virus and low supply

All yesterday I had a 24 hour "bug." I was throwing up all day, therefore I couldn't keep down any liquids. My supply seems so low. I have to work tomorrow and I cannot really pump anything. I am not sure what to do, but how can I get my supply back up?

How do you feel today mama?

I know that when I don't drink enough my supply does dip quite a bit. Have you been able to get liquids down today?

    Hope you feel better!

I am definitely feeling better, a little queezy, but better. I used to think that I had such an over supply. (I used to post in the "Too much milk" section) But it seems to be quite the opposite these days. I can't get enough to pump and it is quite discouraging because I have school, etc. Sometimes I feel like he isnt getting enough, but I am not quite sure. I am a little down about it.

The link above should offer something useful overall - but this one (with regard to low pump output) might as well
