I can see all the signs for being ready for the solids in (5 months 2nd week) DS. But i am not sure where to start with?
Veggies or Fruits first?
& what should be the sequence for the introducing foods i mean, for example if fruits, Banana first & then ? & then ?..... OR Veggies first & lets say Carrots & then ? & then ? ......
Any help would be appreciated.
One thing is for sure that i don't want to start with Cereals because DS refused them big time... & i am a SAHM so i have enough time to make food for him I have other kids but he is different, totally new experience LOL
