Default pumping once a week for 7 week old

My baby will be 7 weeks old when I will be starting a course. it is once a week and I will be gone for about 5 and a half hours. how much milk should she need while I'm gone? how long does bm stay good for. I will pump at some point during the class and put it in a cooler. do I freeze it for the next week when I get home or will it stay good in the fridge. (never done this with my first baby)

Here are La Leche League's milk storage guidelines.

The general rule of thumb is 1-1.5 oz per hour your separated. So if your gone 5 hours she might take 2 - 3oz bottles, or 3 - 2oz bottles. Smaller more frequent feedings are usually preferred, but following babies cues are most important!
