Default Bach Rescue Remedy for let-down

I've been having trouble getting my milk to let down when pumping. I read that Bach Rescue Remedy can help this problem, so I bought some yesterday. I got two kinds - a liquid and a tablet you can chew. I'm wondering if anyone has tried either one of these and if it was helpful or not. Thanks!

I haven't ever tried it but I'm curious as to what else you have tried to help with your let down?

I have never used the Bach Rescue Remedy, but I have recently started using fennel.

It took forever to find out how much I should use, (I error on the side if caution and just take one capsule 2-3x day) and it does actually work. I see a total difference in milk flow (I have never been able to feel let down while pumping as opposed to when we nurse).

To help with my let-down, I've tried relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing, visualizing waterfalls, etc. I often sing to help speed my let-down when nursing, but that doesn't work at all when pumping. I've tried a warm compress and massage prior to and during pumping. Nothing seems to help. I've only had this problem the past two weeks.

Maybe I'll try fennel if the Rescue Remedy doesn't work.

When I had troubles with my let down I tried all the little things you did but when I tried drinking warm water (I know that sounds weird) it worked really well for me. It's worth a shot. Just start drinking some warm water while you are pumping and see if that helps your body relax Hope that'll be helpful.
