    Default missing a feeding

My lo is 7mo and I am not going to be able to pump tomorrow while I am out. I should only miss one feeding. I already feel like I have a lower supply, but was wondering if this would hurt it worse. There is no way I will be able to pump.

    Thanks!

Every mama is different, but I don't think that it will make a difference. Especially given the age of your lo.

ETA - I've missed a session now and then and it hasn't hurt my supply. However I normally pump when I get home if I can.
