Is this considered a hospital grade pump?

Which one? The Symphony is a hospital grade and the PISA is not.

It's a Symphony...I was using a Lansinoh, but it wasn't very effective, so I rented the Medela Symphony. But I realized that I got the same WRONG size cup, so I have to go back out again....

I'm sorry. I use a Medela hospital grade pump at work, and I really like it, so I hope it works out well for you.
