    Hi there,

    Can anyone tell me please how long can thawed EBM be kept in the fridge?

    The rule is to used thawed bm withing 24hrs. If you're really concerned, you can taste/smell test it. But I honestly wouldn't push using it past 24hrs.

    Previously frozen milk may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours after it has finished thawing. Do not refreeze.
