    Default Sushi

I'm dying to have some sushi!!!

My son was born 3 weeks ago, and today is my birthday, so I get to pick where my husband and I go out to eat. The baby gets to spend a few hours with his grandparents and I get to spend a few hours with my husband (hasn't happened in 3 weeks!). My question is, are there the same concerns with sushi and breastfeeding as there are with pregnancy? During my pregnancy I had to suffer through veggie rolls - now I want the real thing!

    Whew!

I went nuts. I had a piece of the salmon first, and I was in HEAVEN.

Thank you all for your reassurance. My local sushi bar thanks you, too.
