I second the PP's cabbage tip. It really does work. And since you have a pump, keep it handy and pump when you are feeling seriously uncomfortable. If your goal is to allow your milk to dry up, pump the minimum amount necessary to make yourself comfortable. Eventually your supply will will adjust downwards. If your goal is to maintain your milk supply, just in case your baby decides to go back to the breast, then pump as often as possible.
