I've been reading many threads concerning low milk supply & how to increase it. So i thought to share my personal tips that i found very effective, might be help for anyone around here. DS is my third child & first BFing experience, couldn't BF first two because of some reasons.....
Here we go:
1- Eating banana with a very warm glass of milk before bed.
2- A mixcher of nuts & semolina made with our traditional method, its called "Panjeeri". Very nutritious indeed --- I can post the recipe if anyone interested?
3- Taking a quick hot shower before bed realy helped at night & in the morning for day time.
4- Plenty of fluids.
5- Taking prenatal vitamins does make a big difference for me.
