    Default Another pumping question

Ok so, I don't know if this should go here or relactation... if it needs to go there, feel free to move it!!

So I started pumping today for relactating. Now how should I do this? I was just pumping, putting the bottle in the fridge, putting it back on the pump and pumping into it again. But then I remembered that you aren't supposed to mix cold and warm milk? So should I just throw it out

And what about at the end of the day. Right now I don't even have an ounce at the end of everything. Should I just dump it? I hate to do that, but I don't really know what else to do.

    Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can pump into the same container throughout the day. I had a link that someone gave me but can't find it. Basically it said that you can place the pump parts (I use a manual so I put the whole thing still attached to the bottle) in the fridge and pump throughout the day instead of sterilizing the pump parts over and over. Hopefully someone will come along with a link for you
