Default poops and toots after starting solids.

alasdair just turned one and upon doing so suddenly started eating more and more solids. he still bfs regularly (5x a day), too. since eating more solids, he's been pooping A LOT. is this normal? I would guess that it is. he pooped probably 5 times yesterday. now he has a little rash for the first time ever. will it slow down?

What goes in, must come out! So, if more food's going in, more poops coming out. Any food, other than BM, is just not digested by the body as well and will come on out.

We got tons of diaper rashes, really nasty ones, almost ulcerating. We have to be extremely fastidious about cleaning up. We use wipes, then use a wet washcloth, then pat dry, followed by boudreauxs butt paste.

This is not good. Sounds like food allergies (or sensitivites). The only time my dd ever had a rash was after eating strawberries and one after yogurt with mixed berries.
