    Default No More Milk Tea

Has anyone used this when weaning? I am nursing my nearly 2 year old. We are currently nightweaning--I can't handle waking up 6+ times a night to nurse anymore--and it is going well. I am concerned about mastitis when she decides to stop nursing altogether. I got mastitis when she cut out 1 feeding a day on her own. So far, she is only not nursing between 10 pm and 5:30 am, and I've been okay so far. I just want to be prepared for the future.

I've not talked to any mom's who've used the tea - but maybe look at the ingredients in it and see if it's listed here
There are lots of herbs that are traditionally used to reduce supply. Also here is an article (non LLL resource) about comfort measures during weaning.

Breastfeeding is an instinctual and natural act, but it is also an art that is learned day by day.
