How are you ladies pumping during relactation?
    A typical chart?
is it every 2 hrs or every 3? do u power pump and when?

I am trying to get a routine down and just wanted to know if i should be doing something diffrent.

    thanks in advance!

    Default Re: pumping to increase?

I pumped every two hours during the day, and once in the middle of the night. I got better results when I pumped at the exact same time every day, my body got used to the routine and made more milk at those specific times.

I never had time to power pump, 30min was as long as I could devote to it at any given time.
