well when you get a chance, print out that one from the link and chart her.

If I stressed abut those 'bad' charts I'd be on xanax because my DS went from well over 95% to under 25% at 1 year. Thats a huge drop compared to 25% to 3% y/k?

just to update. Went to the ped today and my lil S gained one whole pound in 12 days. compared to the half a pound every month

So i assume the antibiotics for the uti did the trick, this whole time a uti was to blame...

thanks to all the mamas for support and helping me get through all of this.

WOW, a UTI? I never would have guessed a UTI would be the problem! I'm glad she's doing better!

ped thinks it could be kidney reflux which causes utis sooo... I think thats the root of the problem. It causes poor growth low appetite so that explains alot. Im praying now she doesnt have it and if she does that its not as serious as it could be.

I hope your prayers are answered, but it must be some relief to feel that you're on the track to knowing what is wrong so that you can hopefully treat it successfully. It sounds like you're already turning the corner.

Did she have any UTI symptoms? What does one look for? I mean other than the poor growth, poor appetite, etc.

I will pray it is not kidney reflux and was just a bad UTI.

No symptoms at all. Thats why i never understood why she never cried if i did have a low supply. no crying, no fever, nothing. I pushed for the urine sample cause i was getting heat for not supplementing. I am so happy for stopping the supplements and getting her on all bm, imagine what shape her kidneys would be in trying to clean all the junk out of her body
