    Default Stop feeling letdown?

I've noticed that I'm either not getting a letdown every time I nurse or I can't feel it. Does the sensation go away over time? Sometimes I feel it very strongly! Most times though I don't feel it at all.

He's sucking and swallowing- but doesn't nurse for very long most times since he's a busy toddler. Is it anything I should worry about?

What you're describing is perfectly normal. Since he's a toddler, your milk supply is most likely lower than it was in the newborn days, so the milk ejection reflex isn't as strong. Or, if he hasn't nursed in a while, you may feel a letdown, since you're fuller than normal.
