    Question Cold Medicine While Breastfeeding??

I am wondering if anyone knows of any over-the-counter cold medicine I can take while breastfeeding. My daughter is 12 mo. now and down to nursing about 4 times a day so I am wondering if I take some NyQuil tonight is that ok? What effect, if any, would this have on my daughter? I am feeling so awful, runny nose, cough, sore throut and body, I need some sleep. Anyone have any experience with this or another medicine?
