    Default Sore Throat???

My DD has had a stuffy nose for the last week. Two days ago she started to sound like she had a sore throat. I have noticed that she is not nursing as long or as often. Could this be because her throat hurts? And is there anything I can do to help her throat feel better? And Yesterday I woke up with a sore throat and a stuffy nose. Thanks for the help.

Breastmilk is often very soothing on a sore throat!
You can also drop some breastmilk in her nose to help break all the congestion up.

(you can also use it on yourself if you have extra and that doesn't eek you out)
