    Default snacks?

When should I start offering snacks on a consistant basis? My lo is 11.5 months old and nurses 6-8 times a day and eats solids when we eat.. so 3 meals a day. Sometimes I offer snacks but not on a regular basis. Thanks

    Default Re: snacks?

Does she seem to be content with what she's eating right now?
Some mom's use snacks for the very picky eater who doesn't eat well at meal times, or a toddler who must eat all day. You will probably find that when your LO nurses a little less, her demand for food will go up, and that's a great time to offer snacks often during the day.

It sounds like your doing great!
