Default Would like to increase milk in order to build stash

I used to have an oversupply, but it has gone away and left behind an OALD, which I've had pretty much since the birth of DD in 9/07. I would REALLY like to increase my milk production so that I can build a freezer stash, in anticipation of returning to work in the not so distant future. I've found that the mornings are not always the best pumping time for me, as I get up at 6 a.m. and DD frequently has just nursed and gone back to sleep when I get up...leaving not much to pump. Sometimes, I wake up before she does, and I can pump quite a bit (at least a full bottle if not more) before she wakes up to eat. This doesn't happen often enough. What can I do to get the milk flowing more so that I can pump more?

This link might help (scroll down a bit for info on increasing supply):
    Got Milk?
Before I went back to work I wanted to start building more supply, too, and I added a pumping session to my day in the mid-morning. The evenings didn't work because that's when she would cluster feed. So, I recommend choosing a time of day when her feedings are usually spaced out a bit more.
It is a little scary. I felt like I was emptying my breasts too much and there wouldn't be enough there for her next feeding. The truth of the matter is that our breasts are designed respond to the increased "demand" in short order with an increase in supply. Emptying the breast is the surest way to increase supply. Getting enough to eat and drink can't hurt, either.

Thank you! I'll have to start this plan tomorrow. Mid-mornings are going to be the best for my DD too!
