    Default looking for book recommendations

    Hello...

DS is nearing the 6 month milestone and we will begin solids soon... I just wanted to see if anyone out there has recommendations for books about starting solids (when/how much, etc) and preparing homemade baby food. (DS has reflux and I've been on an elimination diet for 5 months now, so I would like to prepare our own food so that I can better control what goes in it (and save money, too!)).

    Thanks much!

I've been using this site based on recommendations from other moms on this forum:
    http://www.wholesomebabyfood.com/
It has a lot of great information on not just what and when but how to make it and store it. HTH!

I am reading Super Baby Food by Ruth Yaron isbn: 0-9652603-1-3
It has a lot of useful info for starting solids to age 3

You might want to try Child of Mine by Ellen Satter, she's a dietitian.
