Default Red areas on skin of breast?

This morning when I got my shower I noticed a few red areas on the skin of my left breast (topside). It almost looks like a sunburn, but the patches are small...the size of a quarter to half dollar. And it doesn't hurt at all. If it was sore, I'd immediately think plugged duct or mastitis, but no pain!

    Any ideas?

Before we got out of bed this morning, my son was climbing all over me and fell into my boobs with force a few times (hands first), so I thought maybe bruise, but now here 7 hours later, the spots look the same...red.
