Rolled off the bed in his sleep!
Hi ladies
M y son fell of the bed last night. He's rolling and crawling now and while we were sleeping he rolled off the bed. Scared the heck out of us. I still want to co sleep though but he had a really ugly bruise and still eats at night. Are there any products that I can use to keep him safely on the bed?

do you have a safety rail? They are pretty inexpensive and although they don't guard the "entire" bed, by the time he crawled down to the foot of the bed, you guys might wake upThat's the only thing I can think of . . . other than putting your mattress on the floor.

Hi, Dont feel bad it happens. My lo fell of the bed a few times.We finally put the bed off the frame and up against the wall and it really helped.

I believe you can a safety rail at walmart in the baby department. They don't cost alot and that should keep LO from falling out. Hopefully!!! Good Luck!!!

I'm glad he's okay! We have a safety rail from "one step ahead" it goes on both sides of the bed and one side folds down. I like it for the peace of mind!

Hi there! We only sleep on the mattress and boxspring (no bed frame), so she doesn't have far to fall (and yes, she has fallen off once, but didn't even cry...still scared the cr*p out of me though). And, when she did start rolling, we pushed the bed so it was up against the wall and DD and I sleep on that side. I found this link helpful. I'm so sorry your LO fell

you can buy a mini-bed for babes with their own mattress and side rails which you put in the bed with you - stops them from rolling and you rolling on them......

I use this bedrail and had great success with it. It's extra long and tall!

Thanks ladies. We're just sleeping on the floor now. Before I would sleep on the bed with the baby and my bf on the futon in the front room so we just switched bc he's too lazy to take the bed frame offFeel better about it now I just have a hard falling asleep somewhere new
