    Default allergy meds

    Does anyone know of a safe allergy medication I can take while breastfeeding. My allergies are very severe in the upcoming months and pediatrition said my meds cant be used.

    Hi! Can you tell us the names of medications that you usually take?

    Also here are some (non LLL) resources where you can look up medications and see what research has said about the safety of allergy medications. There are actually very few medications where a mother must absolutely not breast feed, but some medications are considered safer than others.
