    to all you mamas with new babes
    up late on the computer (or early)
    on your journey of breastfeeding.

    my heart soars when i see the number next to the forum...(32...37 viewing)

    you all are doing such a great job of taking care of your babies
    and i am so glad we have this place to reach out to each other
    and spread the love and comfort.

    ahhhhh, i guess i'm in a sappy mood and i love LLL.

    A few of my favorite things that I've discovered on the forum: co-sleeping, baby-wearing, tandem nursing, baby-led solids, cloth diapering, APing, selective vaccination...the list goes on

    If it wasn't for this website I would've gave up when my daughter was 4 weeks old but we made it to 14 months and she self weaned. Amazing group of support.
    Congratulations to everyone on their brand-new babies and you can do it!!

    The beginning weeks can be so hard, but when you get through it the sense of accomplishment and pride make everything worth it. And that milky little smile from your LO as they nurse will make any memories of cracked nipples, thrush, mastitis, and endless nursing sessions disappear. Trust me

    That was soooo nice!!!

    I agree with the above posts, thank goodness I found this site too. It has helped me so much, and made a difficult BF start become the most wonderful experience. Yeah us!
