    My milk came in four days after my emergency C-section. While I still had colostrum, DH wanted to give formula because "the baby seemed hungry." I resisted, and the milk flowed like a river the next day (and it's still flowing 7.5 months later). Like others have said, just nurse as much as you can, and you'll be fine. Your body knows what to do.

    Wow! Thank you all for your comments. I now feel much more at ease about the whole thing. I'm in my 34th week and haven't even seen a sign of colostrum or milk or change in breast since my first few weeks of pregnancy. I'm just worried about it all happening as its supposed to.

    C-section here too and no problem with milk coming in. Also colostrum is just enough for the baby during that time.
    I read somewhere fenugreek is not recommended for pregnant women. I forgot why.

    I had two csections and had no delays whatsoever..besides I've never heard that...like the pp said..the body knows when the baby is out
