    Default Meat??

My little boy will be a year tomorrow! He loves his bm and loves his solids. And not a single drop of formula! He has been a self feeder from about 7 months and loves his finger foods. Veggies are his favorite (I am so glad because it makes me eat more myself). For him, fruit is fine as long as it is the only choice. If he sees that broccoli I can just forget about him eating his apples. The only thing we haven't tried yet is meat. How do you feed your child meat? Finger food, bought pureed, homemade puree? What did you start with? Chicken, beef? I have no problems with making his food myself, but this meat thing has thrown me for a loop.

    Any ideas would be helpful.

We started with very very well boiled chicken or beef (like soup/stew style). Then we moved on to browned grass-fed ground beef (with lots of butter & oil). Have fun!
