Default Baby born two weeks ago and Milk still not in!!! Help

My son was born on March 28. He weighed 6 lbs. 15 oz at birth. While in the hospital, he lost weight (6 lbs. 2 oz when supplementing started). We had some latching on issues initially, but we got past those. The problem now is that my milk has not come down even though I breastfeed him almost each time he's hungry (too painful some times). I know he gets about 7ccs of breast milk in addition to the 1 oz of supp because I weighed him before and after feedings. I also pump after each feeding and collect about 3-5 ccs from both breasts. A few days ago, I was able to collect 30ccs (amazing) from one breast by pumping and I thought we were on the road to complete breastfeeding. Unfortunately, i was wrong. I have taken herbs (mother's milk) to stimulate production, but nothing seems to work!

    Help.

    Congratulations on your new arrival!

What type of pump are you using?

Is nursing painful? When your baby nurses, can you hear swallowing?

Do you have any local support (IBCLC, LLL Leader, WIC, etc)?
